 Thank you for considering Chateau Lorane for your special event. Our 200 acre
wooded estate with 24 acre lake is unsurpassed in natural beauty. Our lakeside
wedding facilities are quiet, elegant and private. We can accommodate up to
300 people. This is a very special place for your very special day. We would
like you to feel free to ask questions and call for an appointment to see our
facility. We are 25 miles southwest of Eugene.
ITEMS INCLUDED IN BOTH PACKAGES:
- Full use of indoor and outdoor areas
- Twenty-five 30" x 72" banquet tables, twenty 32" x 60" white patio
tables,
- 400 white chairs
- Tables and chairs arranged to your specifications
- Dishes, flatware, wine glasses, champagne glasses, water glasses
& coffee cups
- Sound system for use during ceremony, including CD player, wireless
microphone and handheld microphone
- Security guard
- Beautifully decorated bride's room
- Rehearsal of one hour
- Eight topiaries to place down wedding aisle
- Final clean up including washing of dishes
- 30' x 30' retractable awnings over patio area to provide shade
or protection from rain (wind conditions permitting)
- Glass bowls for floating candles and outdoor carriage lanterns
for pillar candles
For safety and clean-up purposes, throwing of anything except fresh flower
petals is NOT permitted. Alcohol is limited to wine and champagne. No beer or
hard liquor is permitted on any part of the premises. Smoking is not permitted
in any building. Any wine served must be a product of Chateau Lorane Winery.
Having wine is not required.

All prices above effective as of 8/15/06.
All vendors must arrive and depart within the allotted time for each package.
The fee for additional set-up time is $100/hour and must be arranged in advance.
The fee for additional time during the reception is $200/hour.
Chateau Lorane requires a $600 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date
and time. This deposit will be applied toward your site fee balance. All fees
must be paid 14 days prior to your wedding.
Our off-season (October 1 - May 31) rates come with a 20% discount on the facility
rental. Our capacity during our off -season is 100 guests.
The facility can also be rented for holiday parties and business meetings.
